The staff
at Georgia Southern will be holding a football
coaches clinic during their spring practice drills
this year. The clinic will be held on Friday March
30 and Saturday March 31 at the Parrish Football
Building, with Registration beginning Friday at 12
noon.
The
entire Georgia Southern staff will participate, with
Offensive and Defensive presentations followed by
breakout sessions by position, featuring individual meetings,
position - specific drills, and a Q and A Session.
The clinic will include a session with Georgia
Southern's strength coach and his staff talking about what makes
their program different and how Georgia Southern builds
its athletes strength, mass, and speed; and a
special guest, Coach Carol White, will assist the
staff with the special teams game (Coach White is
highly regarded as a clinician and coach for her
teaching and communication skills)

The Spread Option from under center and from the gun

The triple, midline, belly, zone read, and divide zone option plays to name a few.

Passing game concepts, pass protections, and play actions

The Georgia Southern 4-3 over/under concepts, fronts,
and coverages
The clinic registration fee is $30
for coaches who register early, or
$40 on the day of the clinic. The
Registration Fee covers the cost of food and drinks,
including the coaches' social and
breakfast.
